Ahmad Faraz Shayari In Urdu

Awards and Recognition
Ahmad Faraz Shayari received numerous awards for his contributions to literature, including
the Sitara-i-Imtiaz and Hilal-i-Imtiaz, two of Pakistan’s highest civilian honors. His work continues

Later Years and Legacy
Faraz returned to Pakistan after the end of Zia’s regime and continued to write and engage
in literary activities. He served as the chairman of the Pakistan Academy of Letters and the
National Book Foundation.
